Nov. 6th, 2011 11:12 amWell, [Charlie says, once the video is turned on. She's in her apartment, again. Doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen as she talks. And she's so amused.] Yesterday was pretty neat. Not that I was affected by that curse, but still. That was fun to read. Some of you guys should really look into becoming authors or something.
[She dries her hands and picks up her device, her tone switching from entertained to serious, as does her expression only a little less so. There is the faintest smile in the corner of her mouth.]
Fair warning to anyone that knows me, especially friends and people I work with. Though, really this isn't a warning. It's more an FYI. There is someone here, a new arrival, who has my face. [Pauses.] Not literally has my face. [For anyone who could take that literally. She's sure someone out there would.] We could easily be mistaken for twins. Her hair is darker than mine, which is making me consider going blonde, and her name is Wichita. I think she's pretty cool. Not that this is relevant. Just...thought I'd let you all know.
[Another pause. She moves like she's going to set the device down or turn it off and then turns it to face herself again.]
