Oct. 23rd, 2011 01:10 pm[In Charlie's mind, she has always been part of the City. It's been home for as long as she can remember. More specifically, the lake. And? She's also always had fins instead of legs. Her hair has always been waist-length and she's always had the tiniest, iridescent scales up and down her skin. And it's kind of obvious she has no idea what a shirt is.
From the way she's swimming and diving in and out of the water, she's clearly trying to get someone's attention. You see, she has a hobby and that hobby is drowning people. Male. Female. She doesn't care who or what you are. She will try to drown you if you get too close.
Mermaid!Charlie pulls herself up on a rock partway, watching the shoreline with a very faint smile on her face. Her tail swishes behind her in the water ever so slightly.
